Overview

Diagem Inc. is a publicly listed Canadian exploration mining company focussed on the exploration and development of primary diamond resources in Juína Diamond Province of Mato Grosso, Brazil. The Company’s main achievement is the discovery of two new clusters of kimberlite pipes believed to be significant sources of Juína’s historical alluvial diamond production. The most documented of the two sites is located on the Chapadão, a regional elevated plateau, and has revealed economic grade diamondiferous crater facies kimberlitic rocks outcropping and/or under shallow tertiary cover. The considered one if not the most promising area of Brazil for the delineation of large primary diamond Chapadão has to be deposits of economic significance. Diagem properties also have excellent alluvial diamond potential.

Chief Property

Brazil

Diagem is an exploration company focussed on finding primary kimberlitic sources of diamonds in Brazil’s historical alluvial Juina Diamond Province. The Company holds an unrivalled portfolio of mining properties of 228,000 hectares, by far the largest single landholding in the area. There is also an additional 100,000 hectares of priority applications. The properties host 40 identified kimberlite pipes; 19 of which have been proven to be diamondiferous, five are barren and 16 have yet to be investigated. The Collier-04 kimberlite pipe is the only pipe with any appreciable amount of work done to investigate its potential.

In late 2006 and early 2007, Diagem discovered two new kimberlite clusters which are believed to be significant primary sources of the Juina historical alluvial diamond production. The realization of the potential of the kimberlite clusters to host one or more economic primary diamond deposits is excellent and constitutes the Company’s primary objective.
In addition, Diagem has one advanced project at the feasibility stage: the 17 hectare Collier-04 kimberlite pipe on mining concession Property 214 is undergoing large-scale bulk sampling through the commissioning of a 23 cubic metre per hour pilot concentration plant and the recovery of commercial size diamonds at its Juina X-Ray Separator facility in Juina. From a Brazilian perspective, Diagem has all the permits to extract, process, market and sell the diamonds recovered at Collier-04.

Subject: – big size diamond faceting…
    Hello,
I am a diamond faceter. I have an experience of 38 years in diamond purchasing, sorting, planning, cleaving, sawing, cutting, shaping (bruiting), polishing, grading, selling and evaluation of rough & polish diamond. In short my master experience of 38 years is all about in a diamond field. I am interested also in faceting of big size (over 25, 50,100,200+ cts.) diamonds. I have a various cutting concepts as per shape of rough diamond. Normally world is going with traditional 57 facets in round shape. But I have a concept of up to 200+ facets as per rough shape and roundness of diamond. My various faceting concept save more weight. I can cut every shapes. I can compete any master faceter of world. So when a big size diamond occurs in your mine & your company wishes to polish it, you can contact me. I can also be helpful to you for selling rough diamond in India at direct factories and also in non gem & industrial big diamonds quality.
    Thanking you
