LONG COMPANY NAME

Overview

Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. is a Canadian based company engaged in the mining, exploration and development of diamond deposits. Vaaldiam’s goal is to develop the Company into a leading producer of high quality diamonds, through the systematic exploration and development of properties situated in some of the world’s most prospective regions.
Vaaldiam follows a strategy of exploring for both kimberlite and alluvial diamond deposits in areas that have a history of significant diamond production. Coincident with the Company’s exploration for primary kimberlite deposits, the Company also pursues the development of relatively low cost, low risk alluvial diamond properties to production. Vaaldiam’s properties have excellent exploration potential. Mining in Brazil benefits from an excellent infrastructure, a hospitable climate and a mine-friendly, low-cost environment. The Amazon Craton, in which the Pimenta Bueno Property lies, shows similar characteristics to that of Canada’s Slave Craton where the Ekati and Diavik mines are located yielding diamonds of similar value.

Vaaldiam is pursuing a balanced and diversified exploration strategy. The project portfolio is geologically diversified through the pursuit of both alluvial and kimberlite diamonds and balanced with a series of projects at various stages of exploration from grass roots through to bulk sampling.
