Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. (TSX:VAA) announced that late last week management of Vaaldiam had a conversation with Mr. Michael Bailey, the individual who on February 1, 2010 announced an unsolicited take-over bid for the common shares of Vaaldiam at a price of US$0.07 per share.
