Dianor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DOR) reported that the company intends to proceed with a private placement of 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.075 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds to Dianor of $300,000.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Dianor is an innovative exploration company focused on advancing diamond exploration properties in the Superior Craton of Canada. The Leadbetter Diamond Project is its most advanced project and is geographically well situated and easily accessible, some 12 kilometres north east of Wawa in Northern Ontario.
