Flawless Diamond Board will meet on June 15
Jewellery maker Flawless Diamond India on Tuesday declared that its board of directors will meet on June 15 to decide on issuing equity shares and convertible warrants on preferential basis to the Foreign Institutional Investors, promoters and other investors, it informed the BSE.
